A dream from 2003

I dreamed I walked into our bathroom here at this house in Van Buren. I looked in the tub & it was full of blood. End of dream
My daughter said she dreamed of Vampires that same night.
What is so odd about this..and I know whoever reads this will think this is crazy, but we have a ghost that lurks in the hall way by the door. I got a picture of it on my cell phone because at the time my battery on my camera was dead. I haven't seen it in awhile tho.
