A dream I had in the late 1980's

I dreamed I was at this park & parts of it was flooded. It look like it had small ponds in the park. When I went to get to around the flooded water, the water moved so I couldn't cross. It was evening in my dream and the water was a glowing pale green.
Thats all I wrote on that one.
